What is Life Coaching?

If you are looking for and want to experience the ultimate personal development tool then a life coaching partnership with us, is it.

Life can be challenging whether you are talking about personal or professional.  Coaching is a step-by-step process, which uses specific tools and techniques to enable you to tap into your own unique talents, creativity and intelligence, to enable you to make permanent, positive and lasting changes.

In our coaching relationship we will encourage you to focus on the present and the future. We believe that you can learn from past experiences, without having to dwell on them.  Our coaching aims to help you improve performance, improve your thinking and decision making skills and achieve a clarity and confidence in yourself to enhance the quality of your life 100%.

For us Coaching is not about us fixing you because we believe you’re not broken.  We won’t tell you what is wrong and then suggest how you put it right. We will provide you with 100% support to the challenges you face, ask you the right questions to help you formulate a plan and guarantee that when working with us you will get you to where you want to be quickly and with ease.

How we work?

In our experience in order for coaching to be effective you need to take into account the whole person and place their life in context.  We believe that each individual (or organisation) has it’s own unique requirements and through an initial open and honest consultation we will listen, observe and tailor coaching to your individual needs.

Our coaching focuses on developing your strengths and identifying what’s driving your behaviour, whilst encouraging you to come up with new ways of thinking to be able to tackle old habit. Quite simply we help you focus on the solution rather than the issue.

In the recent survey carried out by the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (2007) it was reported, "...coaching is fast becoming an essential tool… people are accepting that it isn’t only a 'nice to have' but something that makes a considerable difference…"
