Before Life Coaching
Prior to becoming a Life coach Lusanna’s background was in finance. For many years she worked for one of the top building societies in England. Progressing through the ranks gaining promotion to Area Business Sales Manager at a young age she was responsible for the development and sales of a wide area and a £13m sales target. As you can imagine, during her time within the corporate world she gained extensive experience and training in the management of people, projects and budgets, not to mention life experience.
Proven Track Record
She has a proven track record of setting up and running extremely successful teams. A winner of countless awards, which includes - Top Area Business Manager of the Year, and Best Sales Performance Team of the Year in three consecutive years.
"Leading my teams to success was extremely rewarding, but success was only achieved by being able to inspire and motivate others to recognise their true potential." Yet despite this success Lusanna felt that there was something more for her to do with her life.
Becoming A Life Coach
She began her extensive training to become a coach with a premier coaching company in the UK. "I had endless case studies, had to pass exams with each module, till finally achieved a Highest Distinction in my final exam. Coaching has given me the opportunity to bring together all my life experiences and talents and I absolutely love what I do. I could not have imagined the positive influence that Life Coaching has had on my life - to empower others is to achieve the same is truly inspiring. People are my passion. Seeing others achieve is what excites me and I believe that I can equip anyone with the tools to BE, DO and HAVE what ever they wish."
An Extraordinary Life
You will find Lusanna a down to earth sort of person. Enjoying the simple things in life most: things like her family and home. Although she does admit to spoiling herself & being spoilt on occasions. "I love to laugh, bring pleasure to others and enjoy just a touch of adventure!" She is a qualified scuba sports diver. Over the years has been described as charming, gracious, perceptive with a bubbly outgoing nature. These are qualities, she believes very much support her in life and her coaching –"you can make up your own mind about this when you meet me."
Truly passionate about what she does, she loves having the opportunity to help others design their life and create permanent lasting changes. "My life is one continuous journey where I have seen so many positive changes."
